Instrumentalists

A solo instrumentalist can provide an unmatchable ambience to an event. From beautiful acoustic guitar during a wedding ceremony, to the unmistakable atmosphere of a piano at a party or black tie event. We have chosen two artists, each with decades of experience as professional musicians, who can provide extremely varied music to suit all tastes, performed at the absolute highest level on top quality equipment.

3 x 45 minute live performances

All sound equipment

Ipod between sets (so no breaks in music)

Set up and pack down

Mal McCallum (Piano and vocals) Mal knows how to sing his way into the hearts of an audience, with a range of material from soft acoustic melodies of artists such as crowded house, to piano classics such as Elton John, with some blues or classic rock such as Neil young thrown in for good measure. Mal says that he loves connecting with an audience, and the regular compliments he receives from guests are what keep him so enthusiastic about playing live. Rate: $900 + gst

Grete Fischer (Guitar) A guitarist from Germany, Guenter 'Grete' Fischer has been performing as a professional musician for almost 40 years. Grete is capable of playing instrumental guitar to the highest standard in any style: Jazz, Blues, Latin, Classical and more. As part of his service, Grete will personally consult with you well in advance of the event to discuss the program and tailor it to your needs. Rate: $900 + gst
